New Stage Production

The past few weeks have been an exciting time - many new possibilities and opportunities have been envisioned. However, the most important one of all is the birth of a new cabaret, written by Jessica Moll and Etienne Snyman, tentatively called "The Ben and Shirley Show".

Set between the world wars, it tells the story of a chorus line singer who is framed for a crime she didn't commit. She runs away with her best friend, a male pianist names Shirley, as they attempt to start a new life at another night club. Full of unexpected melodies, hilarious dialogue, and a completely original soundtrack, this two-man show is aimed at the whole family.

The cabaret is planned to show half-way through May in the Aan de Braak Theatre in Stellenbosch, and tickets are probably going to cost around R20
